BE Informed

Here is our at-a-glance guide for what’s available as part of your Beyond Escapes break and any extra information you may need including where extra costs apply.

If you’ve still got any questions, then please do just get in touch contact us.

Towels We provide a hand towel and a bath sheet per guest per stay, so you don’t need to bring your own.
Kitchens Your BE kitchen is kitted out with everything you should need from a bottle opener to a teapot. We provide a tea towel, dishcloth and some dishwasher tablets too.
Hairdryers Each of our BE accommodation has their own hairdryer as well as lots of lovely mirrors – hey, we get that you want to look gorgeous on your holidays!
Irons An ironing board and an iron are in each accommodation just in case you feel the need to be extra smart when you pop into our BE Tempted Restaurant. It’s a smart-casual dress code in there by the way.
Additional linen and cleaning If you decide you’d like an extra linen change or cleaning during your stay with us, then this is available at an extra charge. Just contact our Reception Team and they can co-ordinate this for you.
Baby equipment We have a limited number of cots, highchairs and bed guards available. It’s a good idea to book these in advance to be sure we can offer you these if needed.
Den Kits We’re working with The Wild Network to encourage being curious and imaginative through play. With that in mind we have our BE Wild! Den Kits for daily free hire available at BE Reception. An adult needs to sign these out and back in again.
BE You Spa & Gym Please note you need to be aged 18 or over to indulge in any of our BE You beauty treatments and to access our BE You Spa & Gym - although if you're 16 and accompanied by an adult, you will be allowed entry to the spa - just not have beauty treatments. Guests staying in lodges should be aware that there is a day charge for use of the BE You Spa & Gym. This is £10 per day for residents staying on site, and £30 for non-residents. Access is subject to availability.
Outdoor Space Guests with young children and pet owners should be aware that not all our BE Lux Lodges have enclosed rear decking areas. Please do check your outdoor space before allowing your children or pets to go outside.
Our four-legged friends Many of our lodges welcome pets at an extra charge, however when you specifically book one of our dedicated BE Furry-Friendly lodges, these provide pet beds, bowls, leads, snacks and toys. Please don’t allow your pets in the bedrooms. It’s fine to leave your dog in your lodge if you are still around and about BE Devon however please don’t leave your furry friend alone whilst you go off-site for any length of time.

Our BE Tempted Restaurant doesn’t have very much space to accommodate pets, however depending on the size of your pet and depending on how busy the restaurant is, the Duty Manager will decide if it’s appropriate to allow dogs inside the restaurant at that time. Alternatively, there is an outdoor seating area for guests with pets in the front of the reception entrance.
